As a first time client, it is very important that we have a consultation prior to your service to ensure that all questions are answered. Consultations can take place in the salon or via phone and should take no longer than fifteen (15) minutes. Consultations are free, with the exception of Sisterlocks.  Shampoo/conditioning is provided with all services and is included in the price. When booking, if you do not see a style you are interested in, check with your stylist to see if the style can be provided.

 

How to prep your tresses prior to service

• Tresses should be manageable and free of product buildup. If the service is extended due to unmanageable tresses (matted, product buildup), a detangling service fee of $25 will be

      charged.

• Styling (braids, crochet, etc.) provided by another stylist should be removed prior to service unless a "take down" service is booked.

• Ensure that all services are booked prior to your appointment; additional services are not allowed in order to prevent scheduling issues.

Guests

We like to provide a private and comfortable environment for our clients so we ask that

you not bring additional guests with you. Please do not bring small kids unless they are

being serviced.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide notification within 24 hours of your service if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify us of the cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments. In cases of an extreme emergency, exceptions may be provided.
